Water Dispensed By My Whirlpool Side By Side Fridge (gss30c6eyy) Is Not Cold.

Replacement for old fridge with ice and water 1 week ago. Ice and water dispense fine but water is 65 degrees on average. We rechecked all installation - no problems, and have verified that fridge temp is 36 degrees. Running some water first doesn't help. Water reservoir is behind bottom crisper drawer and we've increased coldness of that drawer. Manual says is should be 50 degrees but WPL says that is "an average." Any idea what is wrong?
