Washer Drain Hose Height?

We are getting ready to movein our new home that has just been built. We have all Whirlpool appliances. We have a small concern about the drain height for the washer hose that pumps the water out. Our wall drain is 30 inches high where the bent hose goes in as well as the hot and cold shut off valves. Would 30 inches from the floor be sufficient enough for the washer to pump the water out. I know it's not the ideal height for reaching back to it if you ever need to turn off the water. We would hate to have to have the plumbers come back and tear it out and relocate it higher. Plus we would have to have the dry wallers and painters back also to correct the hole in the dry wall. Please advise!
