i have a 32" tv and when i turn it on i see picture but i see flickering in the middle

This problem is caused by one of the transformers on the Inverter board. If you are technical than I suggest you open the TV, there will be whats called a LIPS board also known as the power/inverter board on the left hand side, in your case because the TV still runs chances are the damage might not be to noticeable. If this is the case you will need to replace the whole board. I can supply you with the right part # as well as where you can purchase it if you email me to [email protected] I will need the TW # located on the back of the TV and the model #.
