My Walmart Card Was Stolen

my walmart card was stolen from me by my boyfriend who abuses me physically and has all my person info ex. social security number, address etc so he has changed all my online info. How do I get it suspended and a new card sent if I dont know the account number

Call walmart via a contact number on the website and give them your name and address etc that you used to apply for the card. They will be able to find it on their database and block it. Perhaps even register you a new card.
