Cant Register On Walmartone.com. I Have Win# & It Says 'user Not Found'

I enter my WIN#, that i found on the WIRE at work, entered my date of birth & hire month & year. It keeps stating "user not foung". I have been employed by walmart for 3 weeks & HAVE received my first paycheck. Can i call the 800 phone number or should i just speak to someone in personnel?
