Why Does The Walmart Customer Service Hang Up On Me Everytime It Transfers?
I am trying to talk to someone about my online order that was supposed to arrive today and hasn't even shipped out. Every time that I call the customer service hotline and finally get to being transfered to talk to someone, it hangs up on me.

It's obviously a malfunction in the phone system. To get around it, phone the corporate line: 479-273-4000.
