I'm afraid this information may not be to your liking, and I'm very sorry, but iIt seems that your purchase was not really purchased from Walmart. The purchase most likely was made either from what Walmart terms a "market place retailer," from a Walmart dealer or reseller, or, in the worst case, from a scammer.
