What Options Do I Have. No One At Wallmart Will Help Me With Returning An Item.
I picked up a large fireplace at my local wallmart that I ordered on WALLMART.COM. It was defective (Missing pieces) and returning it will cost me another $30 to rent a truck to move it. No one at Wallmart or the manufacturer is willing to help me regarding the cost to me so far in returning the item. I am out $60...and their ONLY recommendation to me was to order another one.

I apologize for such a situation! Being a mangager at a Walmart, I recommend first calling your local store and asking to speak to an assistant manager. If they are unwilling to help, I would then proceed to file a complaint with the store manager and I would call to speak to someone with our corporate office at 1-800-WALMART .
