Why Wont My Zip Code Work When Using Walmart Credit Card???
RECENTLY WALMARTS CREDIT DEPARTMENT CHANGED THIER NAME, SO THEY SENT ME A NEW CREDIT CARD. AFTER FOLLOWING THE DIRECTIONS AND ACTIVATING THE CARD I WENT TO PICK UP A COUPLE THINGS FROM WALMART AND WHEN ASKED TO PUT MY ZIP CODE IN I DID AND THE CASHIER TOLD ME I ENETERED THE WRONG ONE. THINKING I HAD PUNCHED THE WRONG NUMBER BY ACCIDENT I TRIED AGAIN BUT IT STILL SAID IT WAS THE WRONG ONE SO I HAD THE CASHIER TYPE IT IN. WRONG AGAIN. I SHOWED THEM THE ENEVELOPE IN THE CARD CAME IN AND THEY CALLED A MANAGER AND I WAS TOLD THAT IT WASNT JUST MY CARD IT HAD HAPPENED TO MANY CUSTOMERS. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM?
