Hung Up On By Customer Service, Common Thing Or No?
so I called customer service twice today in an attempt to dispute a fraudulent charge on my account. Twice I went through the menu and was connected to a love person. First time I heard them pick up and general office noises in the background then was promptly hung up on. Second time I called virtually the same thing happened. I ended up needing to report my card stolen and eat that 58$ charge I was attempting to dispute. Has this happened to anyone else? First time I've had to call the support line since I opened my account 3 years ago and this honestly leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Yes, it's common. Walmart,com's customer service is variable, but too often it's execrable. Although Walmart's prices are sometimes (not always) the lowest, a trade-off is the bad customer service. Sorry you had to learn the hard way.
