Getting A Duplicate Receipt For An Online Purchase

bought a beverage fridge back in June, it stopped working and I need a copy of my receipt for the maker to get this repaired. How can I get a duplicate receipt for an online purchase when I checked out as a guest

Unfortunately, if you checked out as a guest, you probably won't be able to get a duplicate receipt (since there's no account to look it up against). However, you may still be able to get the item repaired.

See Walmart's returns policy page -- specifically the "Return without Receipt" section -- which says that even without a receipt, you may still be able to send the item to the manufacturer for repair. You will be required to show a valid ID however.

simple if you choked out as a guest there's three different ways . The best way to to do it is by calling Walmart.com customer Service and give them the CPU on the box that the fridge came with ( in other words the barcode) and if you paid with debit or credit they will have it on file and couple email/fax the original copy of the receipt. ?

Or you could walk into the Walmart store nearest to you and tell them you want a copy of your receipt cause you lost it and they will ask if you paid debit or credit and the date of purchase and they can look it up in the system also and reprint you the reciept
