Why Did My Store Not Have The Frozen Food Insulated Bag That Was Offered Free In

in your advt stating if you purchase 6 frozen food items, you would receive the insulated bag free.  the store in Yukon Oklahoma did n't know anything about it and didn't have any ads there to look at.  I was told I would have to bring in the ad and they would TRY to get one.  Of course my trash pick up had already come and I don't have the ad.  Now what do I do, I already purchased the food items, and no free bag available.  You should not advt something you can't carry through on.  What can y ou do about this
