Deep Freezer
ok i turned on my freezer n it works but both lights r still on red and green n it doesnt freeze yet whats wrong?

I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your unit. But can we have the model number please?...it might be found on a sticker inside the unit side walls or ceiling.
