W-2 Forms!!

I have not yet received my W-2 for the time period I work at the signal mountain walmart store number 3659, I have spoke with several of my form er managers and they were very un-helpful secifically speaking AM Josh, i tried calling 1800 WALMART but was not able to speak with a associate who would help throught the process. I have also talked with several of my former co-workers, who might I add are not currently employed through walmart anymore, and they all have received their W-2s over a week ago. I don't know why the process is taking so long and I have contacted the local US Post Office and they assured me that it had to be an error through Wal-Mart and not the postal service. I do not know why it is so difficult for me to receive a simple piece of paper from a company that use to help me pay my bills. I hope that this problem does not go over looked as I would hate to write a letter to the President of Wal-Mart.
