  Inform your direct supervisor that you have yet to receive your W-2. It is possible that your supervisor will be able to acquire the form for you.

  Go to MyWalmart.com and log in, or register for an online account if you have yet to do so. Once logged in, this site will allow you to view information about your W-2.

  Contact Walmart's payroll department, if all else fails. The payroll department can be reached at (479) 273-4323.
