$10 Birthday Gift Ecard

Am I correct in assuming Walmart set this up thinking nobody will want to go through this hassle to collect it!!!!!??? First, I do appreciate you sent me an extended birthday $10 card. I thought I understood how to use it,so I went to walmart for 2 hours shopping for something ,but lost the card in the store(not your fault). Panicking that someone would find/use it,I explained to several workers and ?assist floor manager?  They had no idea what kind of card I was talking about. I went back home(long drive) without the items. After work next day, went back to walmart with the older "expired" card (same code inside) to show them.They passed me to one after another person and then basically said  go stand in line at customer service to get help.I re read  it MYSELF and found i need a smartphone which i didnt have and was not going back home to get on my computer to login. Finally they said go to electronics,they had access to internet(WRONG). However,the friendly associate agreed to my suggestion to help me login on my phone internet. Could not find site. FINALLY,found out through google help,DO NOT type in "enrollment" after the site info.  I entered correct code for the $10 birthday gift ecard walmart sent me.After much frustration and help from a walmart associate to enter code,it went through,but says "YOUR $5 EGIFT CARD IS NOW AVAILIBLE". I dont have the card anymore so i dont know the code if you need  it here. would it show on my acct.?  (the card codes i used is the "expired" one from Nov2012, HOWEVER had the exact same code numbers on the extended card sent thru Jan31,2013 WHICH I LOST THAT CARD IN WALMART SHOPPING FOR MY BIRTHDAY GIFT THE DAY BEFORE THE WALMART ASSOCIATE'S HELP.)So THANKS FOR ALL THIS TROUBLE FOR HALF THE GIFT I EXPECTED!
