Registering My Phone

Hi there. I am having some major issues with my new phone that I bought online recently. When I first installed everything, and registered it, it worked fine for a day. But I accidently de-registered it and now it isn't working at all. I can't seem to re register the phone and it's driving me CRAZY. What on earth should I do please? Julie Hance
