Does The Vtech V Reader Power On With The Usb Hooked Up

Hi, the V.Reader should power on, even with the USB cable connected. If it doesn't, there are some troubleshooting suggestions on pages 14-15 of the user manual that may help. Try those, and if it still won't work, contact VTech customer support at 1-800-521-2010.
