My son and daughter love this toy!! ....Where to find lil speller phonic station replacement letters for a reasonable price!??

No. (Sorry.) It's possible however that Vtech may make one or more letters available notwithstanding documentation to the contrary. Call 1-800-521-2010 in the U.S., or 1-877-352-8697 in Canada.
