The Innotab Turns On, But When Asked To Pick A Profile The Screen Will Not
respond when touched? What is wrong? What can I do?

If the screen won't respond at all, you could try resetting the Innotab. To do so, go into Settings and enter R-E-S-E-T into the My Name field (according to the user guide).
If that doesn't help, the touch screen may be broken. According to this Innotab owner, VTech will not replace the screen, nor repair it. You can try contacting VTech customer support at 1-800-521-2010. You could also try purchasing a broken Innotab (many are sold for parts on eBay) and replace the screen yourself. Short of buying a new Innotab, these seem to be the only options.
