The Volume Buttons On My Pink Innotab2 Stopped Working How Can I Get It To Work?

Hi, VTech's troubleshooting section in the user manual isn't much help here. The two "solutions" are to turn the volume up, or unplug the headphones. If neither of those solves your problem, you can contact VTech tech support at 1-800-521-2010, and maybe they can offer some help.
