I Am Missing The Settings, Clock, And Calendar Apps. How Do I Fix This?

My daughter just got the Innotab 3S for Christmas. We set up her profile and she played on it yesterday. Today I went to set up learning lodge, etc. and noticed the time on the tablet is incorrect. The manual says to go into the clock app, but there isn't one. I'm also missing settings, calendar, notes, calculator, and friends. What's going on?
