My Innotab Only Turns On When Plugged Into The Computer

Hi, if it works fine with the USB cable connected but it won't work otherwise, you probably need to replace the batteries. Remove the batteries and install new batteries, and it should work fine.

If your InnoTab still won't turn on when not connected, contact VTech tech support at 1-800-521-2010.
