Technical Issues

every time I try to set up the bear for my daughter I get to the set up website and it says the bear isn't connected to the usb?? I know it's nothing we did because we just took it out of the box.

Hello, make sure the cub is powered on when connecting it with the USB cable. If it still won't recognize that it's connected, try plugging something else into that USB port to make sure there's nothing wrong with the port.
