Vtech Cs6114 Manual Power, Lights Up, But Says No Line On Display
is there a power charge light on this model, the display says no line. Talked to the tech, she said to unplug battery hook-up, did that and no difference, still says no line. my computer is on the same line with the dsl and phone hook-up. I can not tell if there is a charge going in it or not. Been on charge long enough by now, I should be at least able to get dial tone

If you have another LL phone check to make sure you have a dialtone. If yes, then there is a power problem with this unit, most likely the battery pack has failed. You'll need to buy a replacement pack. Good luck!
