To reset the voicemail message on your Vtech CS6114 cordless phone, follow these steps:

1. Pick up the handset and make sure it is not on a call or in use.

2. Press the "PLAY/STOP" button on the base unit of the phone. This will access the answering system settings.

3. Navigate through the settings by pressing the "SKIP" or "REPEAT" buttons until you find the option for "Record Greeting" or something similar. Press the "PLAY/STOP" button again to select this option.

4. The phone will prompt you to record a new greeting message. Follow the prompts and speak clearly into the handset to record your new message. You may be asked to press a button to end the recording.

5. After recording the new greeting message, you can listen to it by pressing the "PLAY/STOP" button. If you are satisfied with the new message, you can move on to the next step. If not, you can repeat the process to record a new message.

6. Once you are happy with the new greeting message, press the "OFF" or "END" button to exit the answering system settings.

7. Test the voicemail function by either calling your phone from another phone or by using another phone to call your phone number. Let the call go to voicemail, and the new greeting message should play. By following these steps, you should be able to reset the voicemail message on your Vtech CS6114 cordless phone.

If you encounter any issues during the process, I recommend referring to the user manual or contacting Vtech customer support for further assistance.

I hope this is helpful? PLEASE "ACCEPT" and mark it "HELPFUL" to complement my little effort. Hope to bring you more detailed answers.
