How Do I Make Connections To Vonage Vdv21-vd?

I changed internet modems and no longer remember how to hook up my vinage modem.

connect your Vonage v-portal to the modems ethernet port using the blue cable and your computer to the v-portal using the yellow cable. Finally connect your telephone to the phone jack1. make sure you connect the blue cable in the blue jack and yellow in the yellow jack of the v-portal. Cheers.
