How To Get My Vizio Bluray Player To Play Bluray

There's no special button to push to make it play bluray dvd's. If you are trying to play a factory printed DVD & it will not play then either the laser needs cleaning or it has some type of hardware failure. I suggest you contact Vizio's CS # found in the back of the manual.
