Fmt Error Is Showing On My Sound Bar. This Is Not A Computer

my sound bar is showing fmt error. this is not a computer so i can not go into settings and click on anything so any answer that includes a computer to fix this issue i can not do. this is a sound bar so it has 4 buttons power input volume up and down. so any suggestions on how to fix this issue
