Can't Go Pass The V Logo When Starting Up Tv
I just bought a new vizio e472vl this is the second one we bought from Costco this week. We set the tv up like the manual said but when we turn it on the only thing that we see is the v logo and nothing else we could turn the tv on with the remote but cannot turn it off or press anything else. How could I fix this problem?
