How Do I Connect Into Cable Tv Box That Has No Hdmi Port?

Your cable box likely includes the red/yello/white component ports. The tv likely has only the red/white Plus the green/blue/red component hook up and a coax cable connector.
I tried the coax connector, it didn't work. Then I found that I could connect the red/white/yello from the cable box to the green blue red on the tv.
Yellow connects to the green and then the red and white connect to the red and white audio on the back of the tv. good
