When I Turn On My Phone It Says Hello With The Virgin Mobile But Won't Turn On.

i tried to open the browser but it kept show a message saying an unexpected error has occurred and the browser cannot load at this time, please try again later. So I turned the phone off and then tried turning it back on and it says "hello" as the greeting and shows the virgin mobile icon but just keeps doing that over and over again, and won't turn on all the way. i really don't want to have to send my phone in to get repaired And was wondering if there's any way to resolve this today?
