Usb Broad Band Problem

iv been trying to get on line with my 760 usb modem for about 4 hrs now the signel bars keep droping all the way down each time i try when the page gets about a third loaded the signl drops out and has error that says java script error web site refused. rite now im on wifi and everythings fine.
