Yes, you should be able to just by logging into your virgin mobile account online, going to your account page and on the right click the link that says 'swap phones' then follow the instructions. Be sure to have your old 'new' phone's ESN or MEID serial number, usually can find it under the battery or even on your phone under phone information. They will then walk you through the process of activating the phone with your account which will automatically deactivate it on the other phone that isn't working.
