Is Mifi Working Yet?

Is Virgin Mobile's Mifi system working yet? I called them last night and they said their techs were working on it. This morning I still can't connect to the internet with my mifi 2200 device so I was wondering what the status of the repair is.

Yes, the network seems to be back online for me. My mifi said it was "Not Activated". I had to go back through the activation wizard to make it work again. Just use the "I already have an account option" and follow the instructions from there and your mifi should be back in business. If not, try and get in touch with tech support.

No, Seth is either mistaken or he works for Virgin lol. it is not working. None of my friends' devices are working either. Mine has been down since yesterday at noon. At that time, tech support said it would be ready in "four hours", but it's been about 20 hours and it's still down now. Their tech support line is not working now either (I left my phone waiting for them for two hours and there is no live operator, ever).

To make matters worse, as of a few days ago they've changed their "truly unlimited" plan to be limited to 5gb a month. http://gigaom.com/broadband/virgin-mobile-unlimited-plan-not-so-unlimited-anymore/

Looks like the hype really was too good to be true. I'm dropping them, getting a full refund, and switching to a contract service. It sucks, but at least I won't be without phone/business at random long periods of time.
