Is There A Major Network Outage? I Have Had No Network Service For 4 Days.

My husband is also having the same problem. we do not have any other phone service and depend on this. when will it be fixed?

There has not been a major network outage. The best thing to do is to call customer service and ask them about this problem. You may want to check your coverage area and make sure that Virgin Mobile coverage in your area is good. Or perhaps there is just an outage in your area alone.
