You can contact Virgin Mobile's Customer Care, 7 days a week between their business hours of 4am - 9pm PST.

They should be able to assist with your request. Also, when you call have the ESN or MEID number from the back of the phone (usually need to remove the battery from phone to see them) written down to provide to the rep when asked for it.
