You have to enter the complete address http://msg4u.us/mppe in your address bar to access the terms and conditions. Took me a minute to figure it out too as it would not let me access it by searching just the msg4u.us/mppe. From what I can see, the new conditions are just small changes that will not affect 90% of VM users.
