No Service

my husband and i have pre paid vm and have had no service since 10.30am 2/20/13 and still noservice at 3 :25 2/21/13. WHY... this has happened last month as well? Please explain...

Ask people around you if they experiencing same problems (of course they have to use same network as you). If no, is it problem of your phone. If yes, then it is network problem. Inform your service provider about it.
