Just Got $150 Pre-paid Samsung/intercept Sat. Its Charged & Frozen!

I was trying to find voice recording in settings. I wanted to record a heard of howling cyotes tonight. My phone just froze up! I cant turn phone off or anything. Its stuck on settings and displaying a box that shows ..... Voice input/output, Accessability, date & time, and about phone. Picture behind the box. Light stays on and phone wont budge.
