How To Be Refund From A Transaction?

To pay my monthly fees, I decided to use another credit card and because of this I had to pay the taxes ($38.06 intead of my regular $35). I decided to not go further with this online transaction and then simply added a $30 Top Up. As result, Virgin withdrawned me $38.06 + $30. I want to cancel the $38.06 transaction and be refunded.I send them an online message, in vain, and I am not able to reach them. Thank you for your answer.
