I paid 60 dollars in last july for monthly fees(30 dollars) and the succeding month in advance(30 dollars), but I received a reminder to add another 30 dollars in August, I want to know ..why the extra 30 dollars I have paid didn't considered in AUGUST month fees, In other words, the extra 30 dollars that I already paid it last july, where have it gone?
