Missing Funds. I Have Been Having Difficulty With My Account Dealing With Downlo

I have been trying to get resolution to a download problem and missing funds since early February. Each time I call Iam connected to different rep, & or super . more than 1 investigation has been started, the last 3/21/11 with only being told resolution in 48 to 72 hrs. Have give email address & 3 phone #s & no one will contact me. Month of March is almost over & going into 2nd month. How can I reach higher up for ans.
