Cancellation Of My Contract,stop A Stop Order.

I am trying to cancell my contract with virgin mobile without success,phoning them dont help because they dont answer the phone and if they eventualy answer the phone they transfer the call to the next consultant,please help.

Hi. Normally, prepaid Customer Service agents are unable to answer contract related queries (due to the training received).
