To stop unwanted use on your stolen phone simply logon to www.virginmobileusa.com and under "My Account" you should be able to find a link that lets you report your phone "lost or stolen". Then I would call the police and make a report on how your phone got stolen. If it shows up at a pawn shop or someone tries to activate it on another account it will throw up a red flag and not let the phone be activated. You might include your phones ESN(Which can be found on www.virginmobieusa.com) with your police report incase they find it they would be able to return it to you.
