Blinking Lights

the lights for the lamp and temp are blinking....can you please help.

There could be several things at play here. Generally, Temp Light blinking means it is overheating. Could be a bad fan, or the unit is dirty and not moving enough air. More than likely, it will need to be serviced. Lamp Light can mean the lamp failed to power up or there is an issue with the Lamp driver. You can try replacing the bulb, but if that does not solve, then the unit will need to be serviced. Unfortunately, it sounds as if this unit will need to be serviced

There is a build up of heat that is why the light are blinking. You may want to move it to a table with a better air circulation not on a chair. If the problem persist. your lamp will burnt out. This unit if is under warranty must be brought in to te store for service.
