Missing Continental Flight Credits

Since becoming a member of Continental One Pass Miles 10/31/2010, I seem to be missing credits for at 4 or 5 flights I have taken. What do I need to do in order to get this corrected? Is there a record of my flights or do I need to find a record of my boarding passes on my own? When I called Continental months ago, I could not get it resolved because of the merger. I would appreciate any help. Thanks
