Upgrading The Pc

I have a 2UDW0055 system, no problem sofar in two years. i plan to add one more camera- no plroblem expected here also. The troble is that I want to change the PC hardware, and I cant locate my CD at home. How do we transfer the softeare resident in my old machine to the new one? system says ipng.dll missing. it was provided, but cant get registered! please HELP.
