How To Turn Off The Silent Mode? There Is A Silent Mode Key. Model Number 420?

I have been unable to get any help since yesterday after noon. They close early re time zone etc. There are a bunch of tiny numbers in the battery compartment. They won't give me a person until I guess which one is the model number. When I picked 420, they said it is too old to service. I am furious. I don't walk let alone drive. Getting up to the computer is tough. A phone is a safety matter for me. And there is a fire across the road Someone probably knows how to turn off silent made just by common sense and computer familiarity. It is giving me a new CID: 17 message.Help! Lee Anne

It sounds like you have a caller id (CID) # is. stuck. Try power cycling the base unit. If that doesn't cure the error then go to page 20 for the factory reset procedure.

I hope this is helpful to you!
