How Do I Turn Off The Silent Mode? Holding The # Sign Down Does Not Help.

Hi there, and welcome to Helpowl, I look forward to assisting you today with your question and providing the best answer possible.

In standby mode pressing and holding # brings up the "Silent Mode" special feature (you actually need to repeat this action twice in succession for it to happen!) .. unfortunately the only options you are presented with to set the time for the device to be in silent mode and no way to turn if off. With my unit the solution is supposedly to press the # key again and hold it down, but this does not work either. The only way I can manually return to not be in "Silent Mode" is to reset the base unit!
